"250 Years of American Music"

Description:

250 Years of American Music is a lively, educational, and laugh-out-loud musical revue that brings the rich history of American music to life for elementary school students. Presented by the acclaimed Razzle Bam Boom duo, this interactive assembly takes students on a fast-paced journey across time and geography, exploring how America’s diverse cultural influences have shaped its music over two and a half centuries.

With live musical demonstrations, audience participation, and plenty of humor, students are introduced to a wide variety of American musical styles—including Jazz, Blues, Country, Folk, Zydeco, Hawaiian, Mexican American, Western, Rock ‘n’ Roll, and Patriotic music. This assembly is ideal for general education, arts appreciation, and cultural enrichment programming.
