Free K-6 Water Science Assembly in Santa Barbara County
The Santa Barbara County Water Agency, in partnership with your local water provider, is sponsoring fun complimentary assemblies on several NGSS curriculum topics for grades K-6. If your school is in Santa Barbara County, California, it may qualify for a free performance of one of our engaging water science assemblies: “Waterology” or “H2O, Where Did You Go?”.
Description:
We offer two different assembly programs from which to choose. They each address many water science educational standards, such as the water cycle and the journey of water. Using humor, music, skits, and audience participation, this engaging elementary school assembly also covers the reasons for water conservation, and how students can be “water-smart”.
